We’re all human, and mistakes happen. If we made an error and you received incorrect items, or were missing items in your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we can only offer refunds on the purchase price of merchandise that is unused, unworn and unopened, within 90 days of the purchase date. If you’ve already used your item(s), contact us so that we can see how else we can help you. Please note that there are no refunds on shipping fees, except in the case that BBoutique made an error when shipping your item(s) to you.
If your product is damaged or stops working, please contact us. We offer a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty on Bellesa® products, valid for 6 months after the purchase date. Products manufactured by brands other than Bellesa® are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. The conditions of your toy’s warranty are detailed in the user guide included in your package. Please keep your proof of purchase to redeem the warranty.
To request a return or exchange for any reason, please contact us for instructions. Once we accept your request, we’ll send you a return slip to ship your item(s) back to us. Please note that any returns received without the proper RA number will be automatically shipped back to you, in which case you would be responsible for any return shipping fees.
If we make an error and ship you the incorrect item(s), or you are missing any item(s) in your order, we will refund your shipping fees.
Bellesa ships worldwide! With the exception of a few countries that ban adult novelty toys, the odds are Bellesa does ship to your country quickly, discreetly and affordably!

Internationally (including Canada): We pride ourselves on being able to deliver our products worldwide with fast service and affordable rates. Shipping prices depend on the weights of the items and vary from region to region.
Please note that any orders being shipped outside of the US (including Canada) can be subject to additional costs in duties. The amount of duties are at the discretion of the destination country. We cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package.
At this time, we offer standard shipping (5-7 business days), priority shipping (2-3 business days) and expedited shipping (1-2 business days). Please note, that these delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Orders received before 2 PM EST from Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following business day. Please note that these times may vary in the case of holiday closures. Estimated shipping arrival times are available to you by logging in to your user account and accessing your tracking info.
We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, however, it is possible that there may be delays out of our control (busy periods, logistics, weather, etc). We can’t be held liable for these delays, nor for any parcels that are lost or stolen.
We offer standard ground shipping to Canada and the USA, which takes between 4-7 business days to arrive after your order has been processed (excluding statutory holidays). Internationally, orders take between 4-12 business days.

If you place your order at Bellesa Boutique before 12 PM Eastern Time from Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day.
