I’m from Canada, but the prices on your site are in $USD. Can I convert the currency to Canadian Dollars?
All of the products at BBoutique are currently shown and charged in US Dollars. If you’re Canadian, when you place your order, your credit card will be charged the amount in $USD, which will be converted into CAD by your credit card company when it appears on your statement.
Will my credit card information be stored?
One of the products in my order is a pre-order, the other one is in stock. How will my order ship?
Your order will ship out in full once the pre-ordered product is back in stock. We cannot split orders at BBoutique at this time.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one promo code can be used at a time at BBoutique, bb!
Does BBoutique/Bellesa have a store I can visit?
BBoutique is exclusively online.
What’s the right way to clean my toys?
Always clean your toys before and after you play, using an antibacterial spray or antibacterial soap and warm water.
What kind of lubricant can I use with my new Bellesa® toy?
Water-based lubes are compatible with virtually every sex toy, so those are your best bet. Silicone lubricants may damage silicone toys.
I never bought a sex toy before! How do I know if I’m buying the right one for me?

How do I know if Bellesa® toys are safe for my body?
Our toys are developed with high quality body-safe materials (like silicone). They go through rigorous testing to ensure they are safe for internal and external use.
How do I know if a toy is safe for my butt?
When a toy is made for your tush, you’ll notice it has a flared base, which is designed to make sure you don’t “lose” your toy inside you. Avoid an unnecessary trip to the ER by only using toys with a flared base for anal play.
Can I use my new toy in the shower?
Before using any toy in the shower or bath, we recommend carefully reading that toy’s use and care instructions. If your toy is “splash-proof”, then you should not take it into the bath with you. If it’s waterproof/fully submersible, then you’re safe to play in the tub as long as you want. Still not sure if it’s safe? Contact us!

Someone has to do all of this extensive sex toy product testing on your behalf! Before we add any product to BBoutique, we make sure all of our sex toys and accessories are high quality, body-safe, and most importantly, feel amazing. I think my toy is broken. What do I do?
Contact us and let us know what’s happening (or not) with your toy. If your toy is still under warranty, we’ll happily ship you a replacement.
I lost the user manual for my Bellesa® toy! Can you send me another one?

How do I charge my Bellesa Line toy?
Just near the ‘DC’ marking you’ll see a tiny hole — this is where you plug the charger in. The first time charging requires a bit of a piercing. If you’re still having trouble, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send forward you a video that will give you a good idea of how it works.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
What if an item is defective?
If the item you received is defective, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP. A defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:
- Won’t charge
- Damage to external shell
- Won’t turn on or off
- Won’t change modes
However, if you think your item is damaged for another reason, or if you’re unhappy with your purchase and want to further discuss with us, we encourage our bbs to reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I don’t like my product?
Your satisfaction is super important to us, bb. We curate BBoutique very carefully so that we only offer products of the highest quality but of course, everyone’s bodies and preferences are different. Send us an email at email@example.com, explaining the reason why your toy wasn’t what you’d hoped for and we’ll see what we can do to make it up to you.
Can I modify/cancel my order after placing it?
Orders placed on BBoutique are processed and labelled immediately, to ensure the quickest possible delivery for our customers. Once placed, orders and shipping methods cannot be modified or canceled, so check out carefully, bbs!
Discreet shipping and billing is important to me. How will my order look when it arrives?
Your discretion is our priority, bb. American orders arrive in a plain brown box, unmarked. For Canadian orders, the shipping label will read CONTAINERS PLUS, absolutely nothing about what’s inside. Shipping and billing is 100% discreet.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders in the US! If you need faster delivery, at check out you will have the option to pay extra for Priority or Expedited shipping. For Canadian orders, shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, there is a $10 shipping fee.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yep, we do. We will ensure USPS is the mail carrier for any packages being delivered to P.O boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep! BBoutique is officially shipping internationally again!
Will I be charged duties if I am shipping to Canada?
Please note, any order being shipped outside of the US (including Canada) may be subject to additional costs in duties. The amount of duties/taxes are at the discretion of the destination country. We cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order progress easily by logging in to your Bellesa account and clicking on the tab that says Order History. Once your order is placed and verified, we will email you an order confirmation with your order number. We will send you a second email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped out. You don’t need to have a Bellesa account to receive this tracking email. Your tracking details will be sent to the email you provide during the checkout process. If you placed an order with us over 24 business hours ago and still haven’t received your order confirmation and/or tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
