6 themes for the perfect Galentine's Day gathering

By Bellesa Team

While V-D is right around the corner, we can't forget about the day prior. Show some love to your girlfriends this Feb 13th (or the weekend before because let's be honest, Tuesdays are boring) and celebrate Galentine's Day. If you're struggling with what to do, here are 6 perfect hosting themes for an unforgettable Galentine's Day celebration.

1. Bows and bubbly

If you haven’t done so already, Galentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to break out all the coquette decor you’ve been pinning. Tie a bow on literally everything, don your cutest dress, and pop a bottle of something bubbly. Throw in a charcuterie board or a cute af cake and you have a soiree fit for the girlies.

2. Galentine’s Day Café

If you’re more of a daytime gal then try turning your apartment into a cafe for the girls. You can keep it simple with coffee and baked goods, or take it up a notch and make it a brunch! Lean into the café core aesthetic to set a cute and cozy vibe, or channel one of your fave tv coffee shops like Luke’s Diner or Central Perk.

3. Secret Galentine

Presents aren’t just for couples, they’re also for the girls. Set up a gift exchange like a secret Galentine or a white elephant and trade some goodies with your gals! Keep it light or make it spicy… Throw in some vibrators, spicy books, kinky accessories, or some fun Bellesa merch!

4. Booze and Bravo (or bachelor… or anything, really)

Turn your fave tv show or movie into a drinking game. In this house we are Housewives and Love Island gals, but luckily you can make a drinking game out of any show so pick whatever floats your group’s boat... Even spice it up with a 50 Shades edition 👀. The key to making this the best drinking game is a great list of rules so get creative and have fun with it.

Note: Please be smart with your rules. Take a shot everytime someone says "can I pull you for a chat" will result in a group trip to the ER.

5. Paint Party

A paint night is nothing new for a girls night, but rather than limiting yourself to canvases branch out and paint something new like tote bags, wine glasses, or candles. We love an activity with a take home goodie. Create a killer playlist, stock up on some wine, and you have a great night ahead of you!

6. Cooking club

Cooking dinner as a group is a great way to add a little fun to your dinner party. Making pizza or fresh ravioli are both group-friendly meals that are fun, delicious, and heart-shape optional if you really feel like leaning into your festive side. If you don't have the space to host a cooking party, try a V-Day themed potluck.

Happy Galentine's Day, bbs <3
