6 body care trends to try this V-day

The biggest self love trend of 2024 is body care! In addition to showing yourself some emotional love, treat yourself to some luxurious body care products so you can truly love yourself inside and out. Here are 6 easy ways to show your body some TLC during love month (and beyond).

1. Orgasms

Yes, body care absolutely extends to sexual wellness! Whether you’re masturbating or having partnered sex, orgasms are known to have amazing mental and physical health benefits.

It also reduces signs of ageing, so all your pricey skin care products are a total waste if you’re not protecting yourself against the sun. Invest in quality mineral sunscreen that you can wear daily without feeling greasy or clogging your pores, even try a tinted sunscreen for a little extra glow.

6. Healthy Habits

While these are all great ways to care for your outer self, body care also includes your inner self. This means regular physical activity, incorporating healthy nutrient rich foods into your diet, getting outside for fresh air and vitamin D, sleeping well, and taking your vitamins/supplements (see your doc to determine if you have any deficiencies that could benefit from a little boost).
